Details- Tinkerbelle Lilac is a grafted ornamental tree variety. This fragrant tree blooms mid-May through the end of May. The foliage is green during the growing season and turns burgundy in the fall. The pink flowers of this lilac tree are slightly different that the Dwarf Korean Lilac which is lavender.
Pruning- Pruning can be done during the growing season after the tree is done blooming in late May. Since this is a grafted tree, the canopy can be shaped like the shrub form. This tree can be shaped when it is young to encourage uniform growth as it matures.
